Amy Humphrey

 

Hello, and welcome to my practice.

 

I hold a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and I am licensed as a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, both in the private practice setting as well as community mental health. My practice focuses on individuals, couples, and families who are wanting to enhance their interpersonal relationships, develop self-awareness, and foster personal growth.

 

I often see individuals who are going through various transitions in their life (i.e., personal, relational, and professional) and are struggling with these issues, experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety. I am conveniently located in Riviera Village in Redondo Beach. I also offer telehealth sessions via remote video if requested.

 

Working with children and adolescents has always been a passion of mine; thus, my 22 years as a school-based counselor has provided me with extensive experience in working with this population. As a school-based therapist I have helped many children and adolescents with behavioral, social, and/or emotional challenges.
